Concatel Vanture Team business group was born in 1998 with the creation of Concatel, company aimed to be a reference for innovation and quality in the new technologies environment. For this reason, the company starts developing its own software of digital content management Portal Framework Enterprise Content Manager.
In 2003 it is decided to distribute Concatel's portfolio while creating Vanture as enterprise. In this way, Concatel focuses on the provision of services as a technological centre while Vanture focuses its core business on consulting and outsourcing.
The next year, Concatel and Vanture joins in Concatel Vanture Team, a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide global technological solutions, products and services, to its clients.
Furthermore, 26% of Doc6 capital, company that leaders the market of document management solutions since 1988 is acquired to expand its products and services portfolio.
At the beginning of 2007, CVT Argentina is created to open the market in Argentina and the Mercosur locating its offices in Mendoza as starting point of its expansion through the Latin American market. In addition, this year, Vanture ESS division configures as VAR of SAP, specializing on the SME's while implementing SAP All-in-One. Currently, it has the category Silver Level, being the first company that gets this cataloguing during the first year and, precisely, the multinational SAP has awarded it as the Best Channel Partner -VAR in SAP Business All-in-One Solutions implantations during 2008.
CVTeam prioritizes the innovation of its solutions and products. Because of this, in 2008, after three years of research and development it launches the platform ServiceONE Infrastructure Service Management to cover the existent demand of similar software. This same year CVT Romania is created to strengthen the presence of the business group in the emerging economy of East Europe, with headquarters in Bucharest.
Concatel Vanture Team employs more than four hundred people and in 2008 it earned 17, 3 million euros, with excellent perspectives for the future.
